The subject of the agreement

1.2. The User, hereinafter referred to as the "User", accepting the terms of this offer agreement, accepts and agrees to the proposed terms.

Terms of Service

2.1. The Seller provides services for testing applications for Google Play by adding testers are ready for closed testing in accordance with Google\'s instructions.

2.2. The User understands and agrees that the Seller does not provide feedback on application flaws and other aspects, but only adds testers to closed testing.

Cost of services and payment

3.1. The cost of services is indicated on the Seller\'s website and can be changed without prior notice notifications.

3.2. Payment for services is carried out in the amount and in the manner indicated on the Seller\'s website.

Responsibility

4.1. The Seller is not responsible for further blocking of the application on the Google Play platform and other platforms.

Other conditions

5.1. This offer agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance by the User and is valid until the parties\' full fulfillment of their obligations.

By accepting the terms of this offer agreement, the User confirms his agreement with them and undertakes to comply with them.
