Refusal of testing and refund of funds

4.1. The Site has the right to refuse to provide testing services unilaterally without explanations of the reasons, and the payments made will be refunded to the User.

Responsibility

5.2. The User is solely responsible for the content and functionality of his applications.

Confidentiality

6.1. The Website undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by the User when using the services.

Limitations of liability and rights

The term of the agreement and the terms of its termination

9.2. In case of inability to use GTesters due to Gtesters fault for 10 days or more, you have the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally, subject to prior notification of the Contractor by e-mail 15 calendar days before the expected date termination of the Agreement.

9.3. Without limitation of other remedies and compensation for damages, GTesters may restrict, suspend, or terminate the provision of these services.
